For the dental clinic, we designed, built and launched a multi-page website with a custom administration app. Patients can easily explore services, prices, the team and the clinic itself. Staff can manage content independently, prepare draft changes, review them in a preview and then publish. We also delivered content backups and a detailed operating guide. Patients need to find a treatment, its price, the relevant clinician and contact details quickly. Clinic staff need to update prices, introduce a new colleague, publish operational announcements and change contact details or opening hours. The design connects the public website with practical administration so routine updates do not require code changes.
The website includes services, pricing, the team, information for referring doctors, careers, contact details and a dedicated photo gallery. A separate app protected by sign-in lets staff manage pricing, employee profiles, announcements, contacts and opening hours. Updates can be prepared and checked before they are published for patients to see.
A fast frontend with responsive photography is supported by a separate administration app and a shared data layer. Keeping draft and published content separate lets staff prepare changes without immediately affecting the public website. A preview shows how the updates will look, while a separate publishing confirmation gives staff control over when patients see the changes.

We designed the app around the staff’s actual tasks: updating prices, managing profiles, uploading portraits, scheduling announcements and changing contact details or opening hours. Each area is clearly separated for signed-in users, who can review changes before publishing them.
Staff can edit treatment names, prices, groups and supporting notes. They can add or remove items, change their order and update the pricing validity text. Revised prices appear on the website when the changes are published.
Management of names, titles, roles, departments, biographies and photographs, with education, work experience and additional details. Profiles can be reordered, temporarily hidden or shown again. Uploaded photographs are automatically resized by the app.
Announcements for holidays, clinic closures or other operational changes can have a start and end date for display. The message appears across the public website, so patients can find important updates beyond the homepage.
Staff can update the reception phone number and email address, along with the detailed opening-hours schedule on the contact page. They manage these details directly in the app without changing code and can review them alongside other draft updates before publishing.
Draft changes can be saved and continued later. A preview lets staff check how they will look on the website. A separate publishing step with confirmation publishes the prepared content together, so editing alone does not affect what patients see.
