1. Data controller

2. Data we process

When you submit an enquiry form, we may process your name, email address, phone number, company name and information you provide in the project description.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use the data to handle your enquiry, communicate about requested services and take steps prior to potentially entering into a contract. We do not use the data for marketing without an appropriate legal basis.

4. Retention period

We retain data from enquiries that do not result in a contract only for as long as necessary to handle the communication and protect our legitimate interests. Data related to concluded contracts may subsequently be retained for periods required by law.

5. Recipients, processors and international transfers

We use the following providers in particular to operate the website and deliver enquiries:

• Cloudflare, Inc. – website delivery, CDN, security and network infrastructure. Technical and operational data such as an IP address and request information may be processed when the website is visited.
• Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend) – delivery of email messages generated by the contact form. Contact details and the content of an enquiry may be processed.
• Google LLC (Google Fonts) – delivery of web fonts. Loading the fonts establishes a connection between the visitor's browser and the provider's servers and may transmit technical information, in particular the IP address and request information.
• INTERNET CZ, a.s. (FORPSI) – operation of the company email mailboxes to which enquiries and related communication are delivered.

Some providers are established or operate infrastructure outside the EU/EEA. Personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA only subject to the requirements of the GDPR and appropriate safeguards. Resend states that customer data is stored in the United States and that EEA transfers are covered, among other mechanisms, by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

6. Your rights

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you have rights including access to your personal data, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing and, where applicable, data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

7. Cookies and visitor analytics

Google Analytics 4 runs only after you explicitly consent to analytics. Without consent, the analytics script is not loaded and no analytics requests are sent to Google. Closing the panel or continuing to browse is not consent. Declining does not limit website functionality.

We measure visits, traffic sources (such as the Seznam search engine) and use of individual pages. Data includes a pseudonymous browser identifier, the page visited, time, device information and approximate location. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and your consent to storing or reading analytics cookies. Our measurement code does not receive contact form content, names, email addresses or telephone numbers. Page URLs are sent without query strings or fragments.

The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may also be processed by Google group companies outside the EU/EEA, including the United States, subject to Google's data processing terms and applicable international transfer safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. • _ga and _ga_*: analytics cookies used to distinguish visits and sessions, only with consent; a lifetime of up to 180 days, without automatically extending it on subsequent visits.
• scorpynex:privacy: your choice stored in the browser's localStorage, not an analytics cookie. It contains your choice, timestamp, expiry, policy version and measurement ID. It is used solely to respect your privacy settings. The choice is valid for 180 days; on a subsequent visit after expiry, the record is removed and we ask you to choose again.

Detailed user and event data in GA4 is retained for 2 months, without resetting the period on new activity. This period does not apply to aggregated statistical reports. This integration does not allow advertising personalization or Google signals.

You can withdraw consent at any time using Cookie settings on any page and choosing Decline analytics. Further measurement stops and accessible analytics cookies for this website are removed. If analytics has already loaded, the page reloads after the withdrawal is saved to remove the loaded measurement code and its listeners. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing or automatically erase data already sent. To exercise your rights, contact info@scorpynex.com. A change in one browser does not apply to another device.

Consent is not a statutory or contractual requirement. This analytics is not used for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
